LOCATION Our beautiful estate vineyard is located on Eastside Road in Forestville, California, in the heart of the Russian River Valley. It's 8.5 acres with 4.5 acres planted to Russian River Pinot Noir. We have no physical neighbors allowing us to enjoy endless vineyard views. Over the years the property has been a dairy farm and private 8-hole golf course. It became a vineyard in 2007 and the Enriquez family purchased the estate in 2015. Cecilia currently lives on the property with her two dogs, Tyler & Riley, chinchilla, Louie, cats, Salt & Pepper and chickens, Nugget and her ladies. The family plans to turn the 3000 sq. ft red barn on property into an event space in the near future. The old "milk barn" building has been converted into a luxurious two bedroom vacation cottage. The estate encompasses quintessential wine country: rustic, charm and tranquility while enjoying today's modern amenities and close proximity to downtown Healdsburg. “My family and I formed Enriquez Estate Wines as a passion project, combining our Mexican Heritage and values with a love of fine wine. As a first generation Mexican-American family, we have succeeded through initiative, innovation and perseverance. Our mission is simple: to create wine worthy of sharing with our family and friends while keeping true to the ideals our family has passed down through the generations. Relocating from the east coast, I now oversee the day to day operations to ensure that every step is perfect from the vine to the bottle. !Salud!" - Cecilia Enriquez
TESTIMONIALS
"My friend and I searched high and low for the perfect place for us to stay during our couple's trip to Sonoma County. When we saw the cottage on the Enriquez property, we knew we had to book it!
We stayed Saturday - Monday and all four of us loved every minute. The property is gorgeous, with the cottage being surrounded by beautiful trees, vineyards, apple trees, and pure nature.
The cottage is quite large, with two bedrooms (queen beds), one bathroom, a specious living area, updated kitchen, dining table for six people, and a great outdoor area that includes a grill, fire-pit, and plenty of seating.
We were definitely sad to leave, and I hope to stay here again sometime. The location is great if you want to visit Sonoma County, or even Napa, the drive isn't that far."
- Randi B.
“Enriquez Estate was absolutely fantastic! Lovely location, excellent wines, and the hospitality was second to none! I particularly enjoyed the brizio, rose, and tempranillo. Definitely a must visit if you are in the area. Highly recommend!” - Nick G.
“We had such a wonderful experience at Enriquez. The wine was delicious, the weather was gorgeous, and the personalized experience topped it all off. We were able to enjoy our tasting with Meredith as our host, and she was truly exceptional. She was tons of fun and knowledgeable. By the end of our very leisurely tasting, we felt as if we had made a new friend. Thank you for that experience, Meredith; you are awesome! Do not hesitate to make a reservation to taste at this winery!” - Marissa K.

A note from Mattole Restoration Council: Help our community-based nonprofit obtain a beautifully restored 1908 home for the Mattole Resilience, Education, and Research Center!
The Mattole Restoration Council board and staff are elated to be partnering with local architect and builder Jim Groeling to purchase his beautifully restored 1908 home in Petrolia to serve as the home for the Mattole Resilience, Education, and Research Center. This historic home site links directly to 83 acres of land that we are acquiring for conservation. Together, the two purchases will provide a breathtaking natural and built space for our organization to pursue its mission and carry out projects to conserve and restore the land, create an interpretive trail network, and host the Mattole Resilience, Education, and Research Center.
The Mattole Resilience, Education, and Research Center aims to create lasting economic, ecological, and cultural resilience in our remote rural watershed community. It will do so by conserving open space for public use, and hosting collaborative field-based education, research, and workforce development opportunities to deepen understanding, appreciation, and conservation of the Mattole River watershed and the adjacent Lost Coast’s outstanding natural features and biodiversity.
